We recently lost our home due to a lightning caused fire. After checking several options we decided on a manufactured home due to the time it would take to get settled in a home again.After looking around we decided on Factory Expo because of the quality of the home and the genuine caring attitude of all the employees. They are a great team. Last week we had an occasion to reach out to Factory Expo for technical information that was unrelated to any warranty issue or maintenance responsibility. They quickly responded and were able to get us the information requested.Finally an added note. I was nervous with all our storms this year since we have always lived in a site built home. I don't know where to begin. Patrick Melody is amazing! We lost our home in hurricane Ian. Patrick took such time with us and we are on our way to getting a new home. Christina Dill made us feel so welcome instantaneously. These two lovely people we are forever grateful to. Factory Expo is superb.Update: After having our house put in place, we got two hurricanes, couple weeks apart, we sustained NO DAMAGE. Skyline Homes are amazing and the Factory Expo team of Patrick Melody and Christina Dill, stayed with us all the way! Once we got to factory expo and met dusty oh we knew there was no other place for us. I have only been in it six months and I can’t find a thing I do not like about it. years ago, I lived in a mobile home and I hated it so I was very reluctant to have a mobile home again, but I couldn’t have made a better choice with my skyline seaside model. I can’t wait till I get my landscaping in my interior decorating finished.

Angel and Orlando from Camacho Home Repair were our SkyCare representatives. They were amazing! They treated our home as if it was theirs, and their work was impeccable. Polite, considerate and most importantly, highly skilled. They covered all the floors with plastic film, sectioned off rooms with plastic film doors, and covered some fixtures as well. On day one they had pencil marks throughout the home where they addressed small imperfections on the walls and ceilings that my husband and I would never have caught by ourselves. Drywall work is messy, but they made sure to keep the mess in the rooms they worked in. They even covered our temporary wooden outside stairs with sheet plastic, keeping paint and plaster transfer to a minimum! Once they were finished the marriage lines on the walls and ceilings looked great. The ceiling moulding was tight and straight, and fresh paint on trim and windows. Most of the dust was mopped up from the floors before they left. Thank you Angel and Orlando for a job well done. and for helping our house become a home!

Victor was a pleasure to work with. I knew nothing about manufactured housing and he shared a wealth of information with me. If you are looking for a new home, stop in and talk to the sales agents here. They do offer factory tours also. We came on a day when the factory was closed. I would have enjoyed that. I have been studying the pros and cons of double wide homes. We are seriously considering making one our home. Researched the best manufacturer's and decided to stop at Factory Expo, unannounced. Hello Patrick, it's been 5 years today since we purchased our home from Factory Expo Homes. As you know we live in Englewood Florida the area hardest hit by Hurricane Ian. Winds of 140 hours plus were experienced. Our home sustained no damage . No shingle loss . Except for 3 roof penetrations of flying debris and lower skirting. I love my Skyline Woodland manufactured home. It withstood a direct hit of Hurricane Ian's 100 mph. in Palmetto, Florida. No damage at all (maybe one shingle). My neighbor told me to evacuate, she left for the state of Alabama, but I said "No, I'm staying". I called Patrick Melody, General Manager of Skyline in Ocala,Florida, and he reassured me that my Skyline home/windows could withstand150 mph windows. It was structurely sound. I took him at his word and stayed. NO REGRETS. My Skyline home took the impact of Hurricane Ian's 100 mph winds for about 20 hours. No shaking or rumbling. It was solid as a rock. However, the damage surrounding my home was a different story. My neighbors endured horrendous damage. Roofs flying, tops if carports came off their structures, fences down and trees toppled. My neighbors drove by the following day and were amazed that I didn't have any damage to my home. This is a true testimony that Skyline is the best built manufactured home. It saved my life from Hurricane Ian. I would recommend calling Patrick Melody today to inquire about purchasing one of these MAGNIFICENT Skyline manufactured homes. I'm glad I did.SincerelyD. Walker

Went to Factory Expo in Ocala. We have searched high and low for a mobile home that would meet our needs.Well look no further Mike Britt is the go to man. After looking at his models we realized we had been looking at Ford's not Cadillacs. These homes are the best built we have seen. Fell absolutely in love with them. Now if I could find a reasonable priced property that I loved we would be ready to Rock and roll. Not giving up. Park model homes salesman Dusty R. sure made it worth the drive to Ocala, listening to what we had in mind for our RV lot and making very practical suggestions from his wealth of knowledge of and experience with the product. We were really impressed--Dusty couldn't have been more accommodating and was able to keep within our stated budget by minimizing upgrades. We were shown all the different options available by viewing a number of park model units on site. Within a few short hours of our visit to Factory Expo Home Centers, Dusty emailed us an estimate that fully detailed all costs. All in all, we were very well treated by all the staff at Factory Expo Home Center. It's also good to know that made-to-order park models can be delivered in a much shorter period of time than we found at other dealers. I highly recommend FEHC. Ask for Dusty!

In the long run, the quality of the homes is above and beyond what the other manufacturers are producing in the Ocala area. Believe me, we did our homework!Mike was our salesman and he was great! He "heard" our needs and steered us in the right direction and was very patient during our "decision making process". Knowledgeable and friendly but not pushy - I like that!Next phase we worked with Patrick and Christina. Both are AMAZING individuals who go above and beyond expectations.This was all new to us from our move from Indiana to Ocala to the building of a brand new home! While at first it was all scary and overwhelming, Christina has been an absolute angel and went far above my expectations when it comes to customer service and helping us understand the process, find appropriate contractors and anything else we needed. You simply don't get customer service like this much anymore and it is to be commended.Then there is Patrick...this man is amazing and if something needs done, he makes sure it happens. He is patient, understanding and compassionate! A great GM for this dealership for sure. Outlet was in Ocala FL on SW 10th St. It was well worth the two hour drive from Bartow Fl., for me. Wow! I expected Skyline to do the right thing- and they did!Mr. Gary Decker arrived at the appointed time, got right to work, and replaced all the shingles on the front of my Castano and it was raining! Many were ripped and frayed from delivery- probably some low hanging trees. I wondered why the plywood that was placed on the roof was not at the forwad edge of the roof- looks like it would have prevented most of the damage. He also replaced the vinyl that was missing in the rain!We pulled the refrigerator out, turned on the water, and now I have water and ice in the door. It wasn't clearly explained to me that the bracket on the floor just had to be removed, refrig pulled out, and the water turned on- and I was good!He then set to adjusting the patio door and screen, then to placing spacers under the hinges to adjust the doors that were mis alligned, or with too large of gap. Outstanding!As he attacked the drywall cracks, he found more that we were aware of, and patched and textured and painted them all.He replaced the drawer slide in the bedroom, and just kept adjusting and correcting problems that he saw as he went about the list.I truly expected Skyline to send some parts to a local RV mechanic, and have him attempt to fix my problems. That you would send a former quality control expert all the way from Lake City- just WOW! He was effecient, fun, with a few stories and jokes to keep us entertained. I just can't say enought about Mr. Decker.You attention to detail at manufacture, during delivery, and service on the finished product says volumes about the quality of both your management, your line workers, quality control, and making good on all that Mr. Melody promised.Without a doubt, WE made the right decision, and will be happy to spread the word to any in the park and beyondthat might wonder How Happy we are with our Skyline. We recently had an opportunity to visit the Factory Expo Home Center in Ocala FL. We went through the models and requested a quote on one that seemed best suited to our needs as snowbirds wanting to spend our winters in FL. Tim our sales rep was very knowledgeable and clearly explained our options, upgrades and the ordering process. The quality of the homes is very high and the options were more than we anticipated. If you go and are serious about purchasing you need to plan at least 4 to 5 hours to complete the process and get a preliminary quote. They did request a small deposit to start the final drawings and factory final quote but assured us it was fully refundable if we decided not to complete the project with them. Though we did not purchase a Skyline home from them at this time we agreed that their service and product were the standard that we were looking for. I would not hesitate to work with them in the future should the opportunity present itself. Thanks Patrick and Tim for a great experience.

Took a tour of the models with Tim Millar and he was great! We were impressed with the standard features and upgrade options. Tim was very knowledgeable and answered a lot of questions.This is a 5-Star based off of the tour only, we haven't purchased yet. 🙂

My wife and I 'accidentally' stopped by the mobile home lot (we were looking for something else) and met Mike who took time (we thought we were the only ones on the lot) to show us every model we wanted to see and answered all of the copious amount of questions we had in a professional, accurate and caring way.
